Shipping Policy - Local Delivery (Tri-Cities Area Only)
Pine Ridge Nursery is pleased to offer local delivery services for your convenience.
Delivery Area: At this time, Pine Ridge Nursery exclusively provides delivery services to addresses within the Tri-Cities, Washington area (Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland, West Richland). We are unable to ship outside of this designated region.
Delivery Schedule:

Deliveries are typically scheduled [within 1-3 business days of order confirmation].

Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

We will contact you to confirm your delivery date and an estimated time window once your order is processed.
Delivery Fees:

A flat delivery fee of $25.00 will be applied to all orders under $125.00

Orders over $125.00 will have free delivery within the Tri-Cities Area.
Delivery Process:

Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the plants at the time of delivery.

Our delivery personnel will bring the plants to the nearest accessible point (e.g., driveway, front door, designated loading area). They are not responsible for moving, planting, or distributing plants beyond the drop-off point.

For larger orders or heavy items (e.g., large trees, bulk soil bags), please ensure you have adequate assistance or equipment available at the delivery site for offloading. If specialized equipment is required and not available, the delivery may be delayed or rescheduled, and additional fees may apply.

If no one is available to receive the order at the scheduled time, and prior arrangements have not been made, the plants may be returned to the nursery. A redelivery fee will apply, or the customer may be required to pick up the order. Pine Ridge Nursery is not responsible for the condition of plants left unattended.
Inspection Upon Delivery:

It is crucial to inspect your plants immediately upon receipt.

Any concerns regarding plant health, damage, or order discrepancies must be reported to Pine Ridge Nursery within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographs of any issues.

Claims made after this 24-hour window may not be honored.
Order Changes and Cancellations:

To change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders already prepared for delivery or in route cannot be changed or canceled.
