Plant Health and Growth: Pine Ridge Nursery is committed to providing high-quality, healthy plant material. However, due to the inherent variability of living plants and environmental factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the ultimate growth, survival, or performance of any plant after it leaves our nursery. Plant success is dependent on proper planting, care, site conditions, weather, and other factors.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Pine Ridge Nursery, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the purchase, use, or inability to use our plants or services. Our liability is limited solely to the purchase price of the plants in question.

Product Representation: We strive to accurately represent our plants through descriptions and images. However, variations in color, size, and form may occur due to natural growth patterns, photographic conditions, and individual plant characteristics.

Pest and Disease Policy: We inspect our plants regularly for pests and diseases. While we take all reasonable precautions, it is possible for plants to develop issues after leaving our nursery due to environmental conditions or contact with other plants. We recommend inspecting all plants upon receipt and isolating new plants as a precautionary measure.

Assumption of Risk: By purchasing plants from Pine Ridge Nursery, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with live plant material, including but not limited to variations in growth, susceptibility to environmental conditions, and the potential for pests or diseases.
